Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hello Marta,

For me, it seems like the images are shown in your slider. Please see the attached screenshot. Did you fix this issue in the meantime?

it is a background, I mean to put photos on the slide, those are not seen,

  • MARTA VALLS ROCA replied

Being in the configuration if they can be seen, then no longer on the page

In this case, please create a temporary wp-admin access for me, so I could check the layer settings.

    Hello Marta,

I've tried to add an image layer to your slider on the first slide and it worked for me. There is a purple flower which is an image layer. Maybe the problem was that you only saved the slider after editing but didn't publish it. Please make sure, that you click on the PUBLISH button if you want to see the changes on your front page as well.

hello George, yes, publish it, what you can see is the page being connected if you see it. Exit wordpress and you will see that it is not seen then

I had to turn off Jetpack's image preloader because that caused this issue. Now the image is visible even you log out.
