I have created a simple Layer Slider project with a background, image, text, and button.
When going to the website (iamnachomama.com) on the computer everything looks great. On mobile however, the image never loads. Also the shadow of the text in the button is all skewed. I have attached evidence of this.
I have looked through previous tickets and have tried disabling the Jetpack Image Loader already and that didn't work. Anything else I can try? I have also made sure that the image layer is visible on all devices.
As I can see, you are using an image preloader / lazy loader plugin. Or maybe your theme has a setting for that. LayerSlider has its own lazy loading feature, so please, disable the other one or exclude LayerSlider images if you have the opportunity.
Saying the comment about Lazy Loading made me remember another place not in Avada Settings but in the actual WordPress settings that had it. I disabled it and it worked!
The only minor minor problem now is getting the black shadow on the button text to look right but that is okay for now.

Disabled the Lazy Loading and its still not appearing on mobile. I will look for another place where lazy loading could be a thing? Idk.

If you have any tips for that though let me know.
Hello Andre,
Thank you for the feedback!
Did you fix the shadow on the button? For me, it seems like there is no shadow on the button text right now.
