we have created a new project (layaer 5) adding it to in the homepage https://www.caladivolpe.it/ with a shortcode:[layerslider id="5"]. this same shortcode has been added in the page https://www.caladivolpe.it/home_en_new/ but another video is played. waiting for a response please
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is John, and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.
The project should look and behave the same, no matter how many pages it is embedded. A few special cases would be caching and translation plugins. I suspect it's the latter case, especially if you're using PolyLang by any chance.
With caching plugins, the issue can be that you're not seeing a fresh copy of the page with the latest changes. It's a less common issue as we're actively trying to empty the caches of common 3rd party plugins whenever it's needed.
The issue with translation plugins can be similar. I named PolyLang since it's really popular, and it has the downside of not having an "untranslated" or "needs work" state of translatable strings. This might be the reason why you're seeing an older/different version of your work.
If you're using PolyLang, please navigate to the String Translation screen and filter translatable items to LayerSlider with the filters on the top. You should see the video layer content in question. You can fix this by replacing the translated versions with those you'd prefer.
