Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
Hi Layerslider Team, My name is Elizabeth Horlemann. On 17th February, 2022 I upgrade my layerslider version. I have managed to effect all changes, however when I check the mobile version, the changes are not updating. I can see the demo version and I am not sure where to deactive/changes. My website: https://racethinkroundtabledinner.com/
Hello Elizabeth,
Are you using different sliders for mobile devices? Did you update them as well?
Best Regards,
George | Kreatura Dev Team
Hi George,
I am using my computer for all the updates. When I look at the website on my mobile device it is not updating/synchronising so that all the information being seen on the mobile device is the demo site.
Hi George,
I have taken a screenshot using my mobile phone. As you can see the images and text messages are conflicting and also overlapping
Hello Elizabeth,
Could you, please create me a temporary wp-admin access to your site? I would like to check your sliders and environment.
Best Regards,
George | Kreatura Dev Team

Good morning George,
Sorry about that. I have reset the password and test it. It works now:
LayerSlider - Login
Password: OM%Df03z9nHgAfA(
It should work out now
Hello Elizabeth,
As I can see, you have different layers for mobile devices and for desktop.
If you are on desktop view (2.png), all layers for mobile devices are hidden (they are with faded names on the layers list - 1.png)
Please change the view mode to mobile or tablet view to see those layers so they become editable.
Best Regards,
George | Kreatura Dev Team
Hi George,
I dont understand. Why is the view not the same when I look at the website on my mobile device. I will try to see if I understand what you advise, but I am not sure that I will be successful. I want to computer version to be standard and your demo version images to be removed.
Hello Elizabeth,
All layers can be set to only appear on certain devices. See screenshot: 3.png.
If the desktop option is turned off for a layer (the icon is grayed out), that layer will only appear on mobile devices, including tablets.
These layers are dimmed in the layers list (see screenshot: 1.png) when you're in the desktop view mode (see screenshot: 2.png) and they do not appear in the Preview unless you switch to mobile / tablet view.
If you don't want to use device-specific layers, you can just delete them.
You can also switch the interface to mobile / tablet view mode in the top menu bar and these layers will become visible so you will be able to see the changes if you edit them.
Best Regards,
George | Kreatura Dev Team
