    Hi,

    i have purchased the license and now i want to update. unfortunately i get the following error message:

    Aw, Snap!

    Something went wrong and WordPress was not able to update LayerSlider. This is likely a temporary issue, and you should try again a bit later.

    In the meantime, you can force WordPress to re-check and verify updates by visiting Dashboard → Updates. The new version of LayerSlider can be installed there as well. That screen might also offer additional information on what the issue can be.

    Hi,

    no update is shown in wordpress, only in the plugin itself. I have installed layerslider via the theme enfold.

    thank you for the quick feedback.

    i have read the documentation. but i can't deactivate and delete the previous version of layerslider because the plugin doesn't appear in the plugin menu of wordpress.

    Hello Thomas,

    You can remove the plugin from enfold theme on this tab:
     Enfold > Layout Builder > Integrated (Bundled) LayerSlider Plugin
