Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays.     Installed as part of StartIt theme. Product freezes up as soon as I click on any function. Paid you for the upgrade. Installed it and does the same thing. its not usable. WP V 5.82 StartIt Template. Also sends my Mac Pro into resource overload. Please advise and repair or refund. Thank you

    Could you please try to clear your browser cache or check the editor with an other browser / incognito mode?

    This type of issues could be related to other plugins/themes and their settings. We often ask our customers to temporarily disable other plugins and switch to one of the default WP themes. This way we can quickly eliminate external and 3rd party factors. If it solves the problem, you can find which item caused the trouble by re-enabling them one-by-one and watching when the issue comes back.
