Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

Hello, since yesterday my Layer Slider doesn't save any changes I make. I've been using LayerSlider for years and I'd never had this problem

I keep getting this error message (attachment)

    Hello Rodrigo,

Thank you for getting in touch with us!

Do you see the same error for every slider or for only some specific slider?

    Best Regards,

    Hello Kristof,

    Thank you for your reply.

Look, apparently it had to be with the amount of slides within that particular slider. I deleted some of them which I was not using and then I could save and publish the slider again.

Do sliders have a limit of sliders or data for the slider to work properly? Or could this be a server issue not being able to upload a heavy slider.

Thank you so much for your help.

    Hello Rodrigo,

    Thank you for your answer!

There is no limitation in our plugin so it's probably caused by your server limitation, for example you should check post_max_size or contact with your hosting provider, they should help you with it.
