Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
Hello,
We're working with a client on updating their website. In the theme (which we have no access from previous developer of the site) it included LayerSlider-- however without access to talk to the theme developer about future updates we purchased a new license from LayerSlider and updated it from version 5.1.1 to latest 6.11.9. Which is preventing the shortcode errors showing on the site. But not fully fixing the issue with actually showing the active sliders available.
Also, we're in the process of moving the website to a new hosting provider. Which might fix the issue, but figured we might as well contact you guys if there's something you can assist us with.
Best regards,
Marcus

Hello,
We don't know when we'll be transferring it. Is it possible you could review the site at the current hosting site?
Thanks,
Marcus

Hello Marcus,
Thank you for your answer!
The problem is that the WPBakery Page Builder is not working.
When I try to open the editor to check the LayerSlider shortcodes, ther are many javascript error in the console which are not related to our plugin. Please fix it and after that I will check it again.

Hello Marcus,
The issue caused by the wrong shortcode format.
wrong code: [layerslider id=“7”]
correct code: [layerslider id="7"]
I've fixed it in the widgets and now the sliders working properly on the frontend. Please check it.
