Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

    I decided to buy the 'premium' version of this as was very impressed with the demo and with the slides.  However.  On trying to add the pop-up slide I wanted I was then instructed to spend another £10 to get the 'WebshopWorks' slides.  This is unacceptable.  You show these slides on your main site when asking people to upgrade and you make no mention that they are not available when you upgrade - regardless of what name they come under.  This is not the proper way to develop and sell your apps so please do something about it.

    "This template pack is not included in LayerSlider and you need to purchase it separately. It was created by another party and we don’t have the ownership to distribute it for free. However, we absolutely love their work and we felt the urge to share it with the world. So we’ve partnered with WebshopWorks to bring this content pack to you."
