    Hello,

    The popup feature is only available with active license.
    You should activate your license and after that it should work properly.

    Hi,

    I have activated my license. 

    I'm using a popup from the premium pack that is paid and than one works.

    What have I done wrong?

    Hi,

    I removed the Wordfence pluhin (it was inactive but nevertheless I tried removing it) and the popup save worked. Any explanation for this?

    I'm glad that you have managed to solve this issue.
    Probably there was a server limiation or a specific setting of the plugin which prevents the saving of the popup.
