You should check the settings of your homepage and avia slider. Other option is that if you embed your video to a slider which you create with LayerSlider instead of Avia Slider.
As you can see the video on our home page is not working.
I have purchased the new LayerSlider and downloaded the updates.
Wordpress is showing all of our Plugins as up to date.
