When I go to Activate and enter my key, it says "Thank you for choosing LayerSlider! Your site is now activated to receive updates and access to premium features.", however, once I reload the page I see "Not Activated".
I think I got LayerSlider as part of a theme because it shows up as "The7 LayerSlider WP" instead of just "LayerSlider WP".
You should remove the theme bundled version firstly and then install the latest version which you can download from your account. https://account.kreaturamedia.com/ After that, please try the activation again.
