    Dear LayerSlider customer service,

    I am trying to use the template store, but my system status says I have the PHP ZipArchive Extension disabled.

    I checked the php configuration of my website and I have the following extensions enabled:

    BZip2 Support - ZIP-based phar archives - gzip compression - bzip2 compression

    I suppose they aren't enough? What should I ask my hosting service exactly?

    Hello Daniele,

    You should check this example link about how to enable the zip archive extension on your server: https://phpyouth.com/blog/how-to-enable-php-modules-in-cpanel

    Other option is that if you contact with your hosting provider about this information and they can help you with the configuration.
