As I see the problem is that the javascript files are not loaded in your website.
These type of issues could be related to other plugins/themes and their settings. We often ask our customers to temporarily disable other plugins and switch to one of the default WP themes. This way we can quickly eliminate external and 3rd party factors. If it solves the problem, you can find which item caused the trouble by re-enabling them one-by-one and watching when the issue comes back.

I already follow this step but it's not useful.
I updated my WordPress and all plugins. Now console issue is not showing but the slider not working as well.
