We purchased the PIXEL template for our website and noticed that it works on either desktop or some mobile/devices, but not on all devices. The original Pixel template does work on both desktop & mobile.
Is there a setting I can apply to change this and make it work on all devices and computers?

I have tried this on several browsers, Chrome, Safari, Firefox and using PC, Mac and iPhone. the issue is that banner of the theme either show up on the PC and Mac or on the iPhone, not all three of them. I played with the slider settings, and it did not work. If you want to take a look at the site (pkleadership.com), I am trying to have the header slide show up.
I checked it with desktop in Chrome, Firefox, Mac Safari and with mobile Safari but it works properly. Could you please write a specific device type and browser version which doesn't work?

I downloaded the PIXEL theme and created the same banner in both the 'Intro' and the 'Intro|Mobile' template without changing any settings, only changed the image, verbiage and font size. The 'Intro' template shows up when viewed on laptop and not on mobile. The 'Intro|Mobile' template shows up on mobile not laptop.
Can you advise on whether you are viewing our website via your laptop or mobile or both?
Please close this ticket... I was able to resolve the issue... it was because the image behind the banner was too big. Once I resized it to below 200px it worked on mobile as well as laptop.
