The layerslider displays fine while im logged in, but as soon as I logout it disapears, ive disabled all plugins, I have run a dubug, I have literally tried everything I can think of
I checked your site and as I see there are some jQuery is not defined error. The problem is that, your website loads jQuery with defer attribute, which can cause problems with the plugins. I suggest you to disable this feature and after that the slider should work properly.
I checked your site again, but as I see the jQuery still loads with the defer attribute and it cause javascript errors on your site. Did you try to clear your cache?

Thank you for your prompt response, I have disabled the defer feature in some of the plugins but its still only displaying when Im logged in

Yes ive cleared my cache ive tried different browsers
i installed Async JavaScript plugin and it works in Chrome but noton mobile or FF. Installed Speed Booster Pack and all working ok thanks
