Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hi, 2 things.

1, I want to build a website using just 1 page, so I thought using the layer slider for the entire homepage seemed to be a good idea. Basically I want a box over the top of the slider where the user enters there phone number only, I can't seem to find any plugin that allows just mobile phone only, it's generally just email or email & phone number.

    I only want phone number.

So I am just doing some test work, I want to add a shortcode which I have to sit on top of the slider, so I pressed add -HTML, inserted the code but nothing, all I can see on the slider is actually shortcode text, I have even tried with a HTML code and basically what ever I enter in the html box that actual contact form of such does not display, so how do I get a shortcode & html code to show that actual item?

I was looking at your pop ups feature (contact us) I wonder does it have the option just to collect the phone number only, removing email, name, message etc?

If any knows of a wordpress plugin that can just sit over my slider ( small box) so the user can enter just the phone number that would be great, tried optinmonster but the email is required with mobile number.

    Thanks

    Hello Sara,

Thank you for getting in touch with us!

Currently, LayerSlider does not offer form building or email subscription features. However, you can use 3rd party solutions for these kind of purposes. LayerSlider is shortcode aware, just create an HTML layer and paste the shortcode of any 3rd party plugin of your choosing. This enables you to combine and use the best of both worlds without compromising.

You should check wpforms for example or some other form builder plugins. Other option is the form widget of Elementor Page Builder.

If the shortcode is not working in the slider but it works properly in your page, then please let me know.

    Best Regards,
