I'm working on a full-size slider and on slide 1 some elements are introduced that I use as static sliders (they should also be visible on the next slides). This works, until I resize the window of my browser. They then disappear and aren't visible anymore unless I reload the page. How can I make sure they are always visible (also after resizing the browser)?
Besides that issue the opening transition of the next slides also replay after resizing the window. Is it possible that once the opening transition of those slides is finished the elements with an opening transition don't replay after resizing my window? I would like them to stay visible until I go to another slide..

You should try to disable the slider settings / misc / allow restaring slides on resize option.
If it doesn't work, then could you please send me a link where I can check your slider and a wordpress admin temporary to your site?
