Hi, can you help me with your Layerslider. I added it to my front page and it looks really nice but I noticed that there is one problem.. Now I can move my website to the right side and there is empty space. The same thing happens on mobile version. Also if I rotate my mobile to the horizontal position, I can't see full slider. Can you help me to fix this problem?
I just check my website on Chrome and it works fine. But there is horizontal scrolling on Safari and mobile version (Android). BTW, something is wrong with menu on Chrome, it's not visible. Any ideas?
Could you please try to clear your browser cache or check it in incognito mode? We have checked it with Mac OS Big Sur - Safari Version 14.1 (16611.1.21.161.6) and it works properly. If it still not works then could you please send me a video about this problem? Thank you, in advance.
Hi, I fixed issue with size but now my slider is loading super slow. I tried it on firefox, safari and chrome. Also on different devices. Sometimes it's almost impossible to load the page (https://createexpectations.com/homepages/creative-collective/). I tried to remove slider and then all problems disappear. So how can I fix this slider? I really like it but it should work faster.
You should use a png or jpg image instead of this solution.
I suggest you to compress and reduce the size of your images because you have 23.6MB image on your page which is a lot. You should try one of these compression tools: https://compressor.io/ https://tinypng.com/

Hello Andrius,
Thank you for getting in touch with us!
Did you solve this issue? As I see now there is no horizontal scrolling.
If not, then how can I reproduce this problem?

Hello Andrius,
Thank you for your feedback!
As I see you use an svg image in the slider but it is not optimal.

Hi,
All images are compressed. There are only one gif file which is bigger but it doesn't slow down the website.
I tried to add .jpg to slider but then it looks blurry. What size should I use to keep image high quality?
Thank you!
Hello Andrius,
You should try to use a full hd size image for example 1920 x 1080.
