Limited availability during the holidays

Hi.
Please could you kindly assist. I've purchased a second single domain license, which went through successfully. I downloaded the plugin files and loaded them to the site. Once in the plugin, the area where one would add in the license key etc doesn't seem to be loading correctly (Please refer to screenshot attached.). Once the key is added and clicked on the 'active now' button the site just reloads super slowly but no activation takes place. This activation is also not registering within my account 'Licenses & Sites' area.

Issues could be related to other plugins/themes and their settings. We often ask our customers to temporarily disable other plugins and switch to one of the default WP themes. This way we can quickly eliminate external and 3rd party factors. If it solves the problem, you can find which item caused the trouble by re-enabling them one-by-one and watching when the issue comes back.
