I use Enfold and Layerslider was originally included with my Enfold license. However, it seems it broke with the last update. I bought a license and now it works again. Was this necessary? I would appreciate a refund since it seems I already had a license with my Enfold purchase. This was also quite annoying since I had to spend several hours on a Sunday figuring out why your product randomly broke. It's a wonderful product, by the way, but I don't think this situation was your intent.

Since we don’t receive any share after their sales some premium features, content and support are available only for our direct buyers. I don't feel like you answer my question. I feel like you gave an intentionally misleading response. Could you please answer my question directly?
I purchased a legitimate license to Enfold, which included Layerslider. You made money on this. Your Layerslider product then broke after a recent update of Enfold. I did not need any extra features. I just needed the basic product that I purchase with Enfold. However, your product would not work unless I bought a license.
This feels wrong to me. Should I reverse the charge with Paypal or are you going to refund it?

You have already used the purchased license key to activate the product and update LayerSlider to the latest version, usually we do not give a refund in such cases. Please consider keeping the license, as it has a lot of extra benefits and you can always keep the layersldier up to date so you don't have similar problems in the future.
