    Hello Kristof,

As I purchased the Webshopworks templates to add to Layerslider, I wanted to use some of the contact pop-up templates they provide.

I am using Contact Form 7 as a contact plugin, and understand I need to add an HTML layer in my pop-up to link the form. I have therefore added an HTML layer to the popup with [contact-form-7 id="214123" title="Contact form"] as its content.

To now have the elements from the pop-up sent as a form, I have the following questions:

    - How do you get the Submit layer (button) in the pop-up to submit the contact form?

    - How do you link the field layers (dynamic layers) in the pop-up to the fields defined in the Contact Form plugin? As we don't want the fields from Contact Form 7 to be displayed on the pop-up, we leave the "Form" box in Contact Form 7 empty (so how do define and assign an ID to a field?)

As Contact Form 7 is a very popular contact form plugin and you are now providing pop-up templates with data fields using Webshopworks, maybe you could provide a tutorial in the documentation under "Third-party integration guides"?

    Hello Warren,

Thank you for getting in touch with us!

Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify form settings and use fields / submit button as layers in our plugin.
Sorry to be misleading about what you saw in the demos, but with LayerSlider you can create spectacular animations, even in popup form. We are just giving you one way to present these things to your users in a more stylish way, but it does not include the newsletter and contact form function from the server side.

So you should add the Contact Form shortcode with showing the original fields of the form and write CSS code if you would like to design the fields.

If you have any other question, feel free to ask.

    Best Regards,
