I had purchased a LayerSlider licence and due to an error during the installation of my wordpress website, I had to recreate my it from scratch but didn't deregistered it before.

Now, when I try to enter my purchase code I am told "This licence is already being used". As the wordpress on which the license was installed was totally reinstalled, I have no more access to the previous one and can’t de-register my licence from it. My question is how can I re-use the license without paying one more time? Is that possible you reset it for me please? Thank you very much in advance
