Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hello

I'm not sure what the problem is but what I'm seeing in the LayerSlider editor does not match what I'm seeing when I review the slider in a browser. I have layer elements that are not in position nor are they the correct size. It look fine when I go to Appearance/Customize. Trying to get this site up and running for a client/friend and very frustrated. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hello Blair,

Thank you for getting in touch with us!
Please update the plugin to the latest version which is the 6.11.6.
If the problem still persist than could you please send me a wordpress admin temporary to your site? I would like to check what cause this problem.

    Best Regards,

    Hello Blair,

I've enabled the slider settings / MISC / Enhanced lazy load option (show advanced settings enabled), which solve your problem. Please check it.

Fantastic - do I need to that on each one of the sliders on the page? You rock.
