Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
Currently the exit intent is pretty broad. I would expect it only to fire when the mouse goes to either:
1. tab close
2. browser close
But the pop up fires at any move above the webpage area.
This becomes too spammy for people who just switch back and forth and have no exit intent.
Could you change this behavior or add a setting to be able to adjust it?
That being said, I love the slider extentsion, and I love the fast that it integrates with the popups.
With kind regards,
Richard van Oosterhout

Hello Richard,
Thank you for getting in touch with us!
It is not possible to modify the exit-intent feature as you mentioned. Once the mouse leave the container then it is not possible to follow it.
It is the best-practice for the exit-intent feature, because the users can change the website by url, back button, bookmark etc.
Best Regards,
