    Can a Youtube video open in a lightbox from LayerSlider? I have code that opens a lightbox from a link or image that works on posts and pages

    Did you try to add this code to a html layer as shortcode? 

    You can create a separate popup slider for example with the youtube video which you can trigger by click to a layer in the slider.
