Comments Liam Quinn started the conversationFebruary 4, 2021 at 10:36pmThe LayerSlider WP plugin completely breaks the pages of where its sliders are implemented. Right now I have it on the homepage of my site and when the plugin is active the whole page is completely white except the header where my navigation bar sits. It's like the site doesn't display anything past the navbar when the slider plugin is active. Not even the WordPress admin bar shows at the top of the screen, it is just a white space where it should be. I have tried updating the plugin, disabling other plugins that might be causing conflicts, checking the JavaScript console for errors, but nothing works.I'd prefer to keep using this plugin if I can get it to work. But if I can't I will have to switch to one that doesn't abolish my site.At the moment I have the plugin disabled, but I have attached to the ticket a screen capture of what the site looks like when it is active. 244Kreatura Support repliedFebruary 5, 2021 at 7:54amHello Liam,Thank you for getting in touch with us!Could you please add the slider to a test page where I can check what cause this issue?Best Regards,Andrea | Kreatura Support TeamLiam Quinn repliedFebruary 9, 2021 at 5:24pmHi Kristof,It seems I found a solution. I enabled the setting "Put JS Include to body" and It seems to have fixed the problem. I guess there were multiple integrations of JQuery that was causing issues with the LayerSlider displaying on the page. Thanks for your help. 244Kreatura Support repliedFebruary 10, 2021 at 8:17amThank you for your feedback!I'm glad that you have managed to solve this issue.Best Regards,Andrea | Kreatura Support Team Sign in to reply ...
