Hello, if you go to our home page you will see two things:
1. The popup we have made with popup maker is not showing anymore since the recent update of layerslider
2. There is a strange scrolling issue now on our home page after page load. We have a large layer slider on home page and when you first arrive now the page will not scroll until the user clicks on the page first.
Both of these issues go away when layerslider is deactivated.
Interesting. On further inspection it seems this issue is not occurring in Chrome, but it is occurring in Firefox and when I go to the site on my iphone (so I'm guessing desktop safari has this issue as well but not sure.)
I checked it in Firefox too but it works properly. Could you please send me a video or some screenshot about the issue? Which browser version do you use for testing? Thank you, in advance.
If I create a copy of my slider and use the new copy it works twice. But it is not correlated to cookies, because the slider also doesn't work in private browser mode.

Thank you for the access! The issue caused by your Popup maker plugin, because it add an overflow:hidden to the html element and it is not scrollable in Firefox and Iphone. I disabled it and it fix this problem. I suggest you to create a popup in LayerSlider, instead of this plugin.
Thank you for your feedback! I didn't change anything in code. I've disabled the popup in your popup maker plugin / all popups tab, which solve the issue. I suggest you to recreate a popup with LayerSlider and use it instead of this plugin.
Understood, thanks. Though this wasn't actually a SOLUTION. I asked you to look into why your plugin conflicts with popup maker and you "solution" was to turn popup maker off. I wasn't having this issue until a recent update to Layer Slider. Anyway, thanks for nothing.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience, however the error is not related to LayerSlider, it is caused by another plugin and we don't think we can do anything about our side to solve it. It is not caused by the update, it's likely that this other plugin or other stuff has been updated on your website.

Did you solve your issues? I checked your site and as I see a popup is visible and there is no scrolling issue.

I am using firefox 84.0.2 (64-bit), but even if I update it does not solve the issue in safari or on iphone.
You guys still there?
I have the same problem using firefox 85 (64bit) on linux and on my android using chrome. Please help!
Recently, I upgraded my wordpress to 5.6 and avada to v7.2.1.
But I don't know, if the problem is correlated to the update .

Thank you. But while the scrolling issue is now fixed, the popup no longer shows up. Can you tell me where you made this change exactly?
I need to know what change you made exactly to what file, etc.. The popup maker poups are not able to work on ANY page now after the change you made.
