update version on license purchased by developer I no longer work with

    I just purchased a license and tried to update the wp plugin, but I cannot. 

    I found the old plugin and media element. tried to use it and foundd out it was not activated and my user did not exist. So, since it was Paul Debut who first developed the site, I understood that I needed to buy my own license, which I've done.


    Please, help me.

    In this case, you should try to update your plugin manually. I suggest you to disable and remove the version which you have and after that you should install the latest version which you can download from your account. Don't worry, your sliders will not lost.
