Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

LayerSlider component is accessible on admin side, but the sliders are not showing up on any of the front end pages. It's just a big white space. I have no idea what happened or how to fix it. Please help.

    Hello Dalana,

Thank you for getting in touch with us!

As I see the javascript and CSS files are not loaded properly on your site.

Issues could be related to other plugins/themes and their settings. We often ask our customers to temporarily disable other plugins and switch to one of the default WP themes. This way we can quickly eliminate external and 3rd party factors. If it solves the problem, you can find which item caused the trouble by re-enabling them one-by-one and watching when the issue comes back.

    Best Regards,

    Kristof,

Thank you for the super fast response. How is this possible when we haven't made any updates to the site?

  • Dalana Morse replied

Disregard, the first plugin I deactivated brought the slider back! (as reference for others, for me it was the AMP plugin)
