I am not able to see any imported license from CodeCanyon after doing it 5 to six times at least. I purchased a license on CodeCanyon prior to learning about LayerSlider's move off Envato market and on their own.

Firstly, please login to your account in CodeCanyon which you use for purchase LayerSlider plugin.
After that you should login to your account in our website and then navigate to the licenses tab, where you should click to import envato licenses button.

Thank you for your email. The instructions you have given is what i have done so many times i have lost count. I keep going in circles even though i approve to import the license from Envato, then i have to give the email for the login link and do the same thing over and over and over. Seriously it is quite frustrating. Is there an alternate way to manage an account and license? I can see there is some security put in place, but in this case it seems an eternal loop. :(

We are very sorry you are having difficulties. So far, our other clients have not reported such an error, and we have directly tested whether the import feature works properly so we could not reproduce the error.
You don't have to import licenses anyway, you can upgrade at any time using the purchase code. if you want to remove a previous license activation, we can do it instead, just tell us which license is affected.
if you don't see all your purchases in the list, you probably have another profile.
