Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

Hello - We originally bought and installed a WordPress version of your software from CodeCanyon.

We are currently running Version 4.6.5 and our WordPress plugin tells us we should update to version 5.2.0. Though this version says it has not been tested with our current version of WordPress (5.5.3). We tried the automatic update anyway and it crashed the site, so we reverted back to LayerSlider 4.6.5.

We then purchased a licence from your Kreaturamedia site, and can download the most recent version -- 6.11.2 (installable)

My question is -- should we install this as a completely new plugin, or should we upload the unzipped files over our old version - thus updating the old version?

Our hope is that we will not have to recreate our current Slideshows.

    Hello Michael,

Thank you for getting in touch with us!

Our plugin is backward compatible and we store the sliders in the database, so you will not lost them after a manually update. You should check this link for some more details about how to update manually:
