Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
I updated the plugin but it still breaks my website when activated. Please help.
Hello Marc,
Thank you for getting in touch with us!
With these symptoms, it's highly likely that there is a PHP error on your site. Knowing the exact error message can be extremely useful to understand the nature of the issue occurring on your site. However, WP ignores PHP error messages by default. Please follow this guide to enable the WP debug mode to make error messages visible.

Other option is that if you send me the PHP error logs which you can check in the dashboard of your webserver.
Issues could be related to other plugins/themes and their settings. We often ask our customers to temporarily disable other plugins and switch to one of the default WP themes. This way we can quickly eliminate external and 3rd party factors. If it solves the problem, you can find which item caused the trouble by re-enabling them one-by-one and watching when the issue comes back.
I'm looking forward to your reply.
Best Regards,
Andrea | Kreatura Support Team
