How to make layer fade in and out in middle transition for a period of time

    Hi there,

    I am unable to make the layer which contains the light effect image to fade in and fade out during the middle transition. How do I create the transition that allows the image to fade in and fade out continuously?

    There is the light effect that will flicker in the lamp
