Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
Hi there, i get the attached error message when trying to save my new slider.
Note that I didn't get this error that last time I made a slider, so I do have a live slider. I just can't make or save any new ones.
Hello Shane,
Thank you for getting in touch with us!
Could you please send me a screenshot about your LayerSlider WP -> Options -> System status tab?
Best Regards,
Andrea | Kreatura Support Team
Thanks for replying. See attached.
Hello Shane,
Thank you.
There can be several reasons why this happens. Most likely it is an incompatibility with another plugin that causes a Javascript error or some kind of server-side issue.
Please try to temporarily disable other plugins and switch to one of the default WP themes to see if it helps.
If not, please enable the debug mode and check the PHP error logs too see what cause this problem.

Hi there,
I have:
1. deactivated each and every plugin
2. deleted the site and started from scratch
and still I am getting the same error.
Please can you tell me if you have a work around for this.
Shane
Hello Shane,
Thank you for the answer!
In this case, this seems to be a web server configuration or limitation issue.
Please enable the debug mode and check the PHP error logs too see what cause this problem.

You should check this link about how to find the PHP error logs on your server:
https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/obsidian/customer-guide/websites-and-domains/viewing-website-error-log.73938/
If you could send me your PHP error logs, then I will check it. Thank you, in advance.
