Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
The symptom we're seeing is SSL warning.
This is being caused by LayerSlider using the website IP number instead of the domain name.
To correct it, I just need to edit the Slider, save and all references to the IP go away.
I do not believe I have any content synchronisation occurring - the website is standalone single WordPress.
Hello Richard,
Thank you for getting in touch with us!
We don’t store specific URLs for images, they are dynamically generated based on WordPress’s built-in functions, so it shouldn’t be bad.
Probably it caused by that, we have a built-in slider markup caching feature. When you save your slider it is updated and a freshly generated source code is placed You can empty the cache under LayerSlider -> Options -> Advanced tab, or wait a while and they will update themselves.
Best Regards,
