    Hi Support.

    So after a few days of development and testing out your Layer Slider on our website, we have had a few errors and problems with the actual build of your slider plugin functionality.

    So what we required from your slider functionality was the Play On Scroll feature. We asked your support staff before purchase if we implement your slider to re-create this websites function of scrolling to next slide/banner when you scroll down or up. https://www.afrigis.co.za/

    After communicating with them they assured that it would be possible and we bought your plugin. After multiple trial and errors, including getting a few of your support staff helping us with the build on the back end we havnt been able to implement the actual funciionality as promised.

    We got multiple issues with it ranging from:
    1. Responsive issues
    2. Glitching and Massive issues with the actual scroll effect of the banner where after 3 scrolls, the view point shoots back up to the center of the banner and then only starts scrolling.
    3. Glitch scrolling after we made the banner size larger to overcome the above mentioned 3 scrolls, but still the banner bugs out with jumpy scrolling and massive issues with functionality.

    After we logged multiple tickets with multiple support staff, we where told that your plugin is not capable of the functionality as promised before purchase. That you guys are working of fixing these issues but will only be able to provide a stable build (Without the jumping and buggy scrolling) in the future.

    As such we will not be able to use your plugin anymore as we are on a very strick deadline and our clients are unbelievably unhappy with the results. 

    We would like to kindly ask for refund on our purchase as the program cannot provide us with what was promised and what we require.

    We really appreciate your professionalism in this matter as unfortunately we required to take these steps to keep a professional relationship with our clients.

    Please send us a Proof Of Refund to our mail address and ALSO please let us know when you have implemented these changes to your plug-in as we did enjoy using the ease of use of actual implementation of the banners.
