Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

I get the attached message when i try to activate the license. And on Mobile the fonts are not appearing correctly either and I'm not sure why, or if it all just needs to be updated and activated.

    Thanks,

    Hillary

    Hello Hillary,

Thank you for getting in touch with us!

    1. This seems to be a web server configuration issue. It will likely involve contacting the web hosting company since only they can see and modify certain server settings. The usual suspects are firewalls or other types of content filtering solutions, and the mod_security module of the web server software. They can easily tell what went wrong by looking into the server log files, including the PHP error logs.

In case of a 3rd party incompatibility, you can also make a quick test by temporarily disabling other plugins and switching to a default WordPress theme. If the issue goes away, it's caused by a 3rd party. You can find out which one causing the trouble by re-enabling them one by one and watching when the issue surfaces again.

    2. You can set a min.mobile font size in the layer styles.

It's possible to build multiple layouts for different devices in the same slider by dynamically showing and hiding layers. With the Show this layer on the following devices buttons, you can choose on which devices should the currently selected layer appear. You can read more about it in our documentation: https://layerslider.kreaturamedia.com/documentation/#builder-layer-devices

There is an other solution to achieve that, if you create another slider for mobile. In this case, you can easily manage the desktop and mobile slider separately. In the slider settings / mobile tab, it is possible to hide the slider in mobile(and tablet) or you can define the hide under/over values in px.
