Hi guys, Have been using the free version for some time now and very happy with it.
Bought the premium yesterday to enable play by scroll. It is so clunky.. and unpredictable when it will recognise the scroll. even on your own demo the page jumps around a bit before the slider starts reacting to scroll. I setup a basic slider and its exactly the same. Once running it works - but not great as mentioned below.. The issue is before it starts working. Its too rough / unpredictable. Tested on Macs / Safari / iPhone.. Its all the same. Thats enough for me to want a refund.
If you can tell me why your own demo does this and how to fix it I would give things a chance. I was also hoping to have visitors essentially 'scrub the timeline' with their scroll movement (as seen on many sites now) This interactivity is very cool where you literally control the speed of transitions with your touch / mouse.. So please let me know if this is possible or otherwise I'd like to request a refund please - . Thanks, Reg

Perhaps you could change the title of this ticket to 'scroll issues' please.
But it does remain that the play by scroll feature (as said, even on your own demo) is not slick or smooth yet. Your dev must be aware of this issue. so any help you can give to smooth things out. https://layerslider.kreaturamedia.com/sliders/play-by-scroll/
you scroll.. page jumps up a bit.. maybe down a bit then the slider is active.. scroll up top again.. down a bit and again page jumps up or down a little whilst starting the slide. its just not nice.

We are planning a large scale bug fixing patch in the upcoming releases, that will address this case too.
Probably we will completely remake the play by scroll feature, which means it will have a lot more feature than before.
