    I'm sorry to say this, but our records show that you've already downloaded, installed and used your license key to activate the product and its exclusive features on your website. Given the nature of digital goods, it's not possible to "return" them. Therefore we cannot provide you with a refund in this case anymore.

    Even digital goods , so many professionals programmer ,in their products offer refund if the costumer not comfortable with unite or plugin , if you are not fixable with costemer , how will the market trust in your work ?? 

    by the way you are free , but I removed and delete the plugin no need more .
