Updated to WordPress 5.5, installed an activated Enable jQuery Migrate Helper and ensured all plugins and themes are up-to-date however, sliders are not displaying at the top of most pages.

As I see in the console(CTRL + Shift + I), there are some javascript issue on your site which is not related to LayerSlider but probably it cause the problem with the initialization. You should disable the autooptimize to locate the error messages. After you fix them the slider should work properly. Please check it.
