How to determing layer duration? I try to figure out more thant a hour but cannot find how to do so simple thing, I see slide duration but no layer duration.

1. How can I set up coockie in popup so the popup opens once per session or once every a few days etc.
2. How and where to put the popup code so it open in all pages? I have around 20,000 pagesposts.
