Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays.     I received the plugin via a theme and now I purchased a licence from you to have the plugin updated. I trued to activate the plugin but it doesnt' work and I've no IT or developer background. Can you please help. It's a new website without a lot of plugins installed yet. I'm in the beginning of creation of my site.

    I suggest you to try to update your plugin manually and after that try to activate it again.

    Thank you for the screenshot! Unfortunately, there is no error.

    In almost all cases it's a server configuration issue that only your web hosting company can help solving. It worth to also contact them with the problem. Common issues are content filtering solutions, the mod_security module of the web server. They should also allow connections to the repository.kreaturamedia.com domain if they are using firewalls or similar restrictions.

    So please contact with your hosting provider about this problem and they should help with.
