Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. We have Layerslider on our website (our web designer who is not available anymore put it there) and everything was working fine... Until it wasn't, of course...
Now we have a blank page where the slider was located... I thought the problem was that it wasn't updated - so we bought it and activated it - but nothing happened.
Maybe the problem is that it still is not updated? On your page it says that: "after performing Product activation, LayerSlider updates will automatically appear on your site" - but it didn't. Not in the plugins section, or is not shown in dashboard updates section...
It also said to install the "Enable jQuery Migrate Helper" plugin but that also did nothing...
I am not a web designer or programer, so any help with resolving this would be greatly appreciated...

As I see, there is a javascript issue on your site which is not related to LayerSlider, but it can cause problems with the initialization. Could you please disable the js minify on your site or send me a wordpress admin temporary to your site? I would like to detect the cause of the error. Thank you, in advance.
