Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. layer slider not showing up anymore

    Hi,

    I use Layer slider for my homepage.
    I added and changed the slider. It worked for a while, till yesterday when I updated all my plugins.

    I tried to restore the site. No good.
    Tried to get the old home page with original slider back as Home page. That worked fine, although the slider was not vidible.

    I look forward to hearing your suggestiions.

    Thank you for getting in touch with us!

    As I see there is a javascript error on your site, which is not related to LayerSlider but it can cause problem with the initialization of it. With the update to WordPress 5.5, a migration tool known as jquery-migrate will no longer be enabled by default. This may lead to unexpected behaviors in some themes or plugins who run older code. You should try this plugin for a temporary solution:
    :https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/

    After that the slider should work properly. Please check it.

    Downloaded yhe plugin, activated it and the layers were visible again.
    It works fine end the problem has been solved.

    I had exactly the same issue. Used the plugin ' Enable jQuery Migrate Helper ' and my problem is fixed as well. Thanks for the ticket and the solution! :)
