Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays.     I am going around in circles trying to update Layerslider. One screen says it is activated, another says it has been de-activated. What ever I do it contradicts itself.Please see attached.

    Thank you for the getting in touch with us!

    It is possible that there is some code or modification in your theme that goes into the LayerSlider, or that the LayerSlider itself has been modified by the theme author.
    I suggest you to download the latest version from account.kreaturamedia.com and install it to your site manually.

    In the future it should already work with auto updates too.

    Thank you for your reply. I am pleased to report all is well although I confess to being worried about deleting the plugin and the potential impact on my site but it went without a hitch. I have deleted the screenshots as they contained personal activation information. Thank you.
