Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

Adjusting Slider to Browser Window Vertically

I have a work in progress slider at https://jacquespepinart.com/5-3/ For the mobile version, I've created separate layers (for text and arrows) and all is working very well. However, in browsers, the content resizes when I narrow the browser window horizontally, but not vertically. I need the content to scale down top to bottom when the browser window is made less tall.

    Hello Paul,

Thank you for getting in touch with us!
You should use the Full size slider type to achieve this feature. Please check it.

Hi Kristof. That worked mostly. Unfortunately I'm having trouble getting the thumbnails to show without making the browser window very tall. And if I then shrink the height, the thumbnails overlap the text below the image. I've experimented with the slider height and that seems to work to get everything except the thumbnails to scale properly when I adjust the browser width and height: https://jacquespepinart.com/5-3/ I even tried applying a negative top margin in CSS to .ls-v6 .ls-thumbnail but that only helps at certain browser heights.

    Hello Paul,

    Thank you for your feedback!
You should try to modify the Full size mode to Hero scene in the Slider settings / Layout tab.

Hi Kristof. That's not doing it. I think there's an issue with the height of the slider. It's currently set at 1120 wide x 1120 high. If I decrease the height, the thumbnails move up, but as the browser height decreases the thumbnails start to overlap to type in the slide. I find I need to keep the height higher for it to work on the phone. Any ideas? I'm really happy with the overall look, just need to solve this. Paul
