Hi!
When I try to import a template it takes a long time and I get the message:
Importing is taking longer than usual. This might be completely normal, but can also indicate a server configuration issue. Please visit System Status to check for potential causes if this screen is stuck.
The system status refer "The PHP ZipArchive extension is needed to use the Template Store and import/export sliders with images." (attached)
I do I fix this?

You should enable the PHP ZipArchive Extension on your server. Please check this link about how to do it:

If you don't succeed with it, then I suggest you to contact with your server administrator and they should help you with this problem.
