Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hey,

I have incorporated elementors form into the exit intend pop-up. That part is successful, everything works as it should, but how do I make the button go to the next slide??
I spend all day yesterday on this , can't seem to figure it out.

I tried to replicate using the attributes on the button even on another link but doesn't work.

class|current ls-layer-link,target|_self,aria-label|jump to the next slide,

Is there a way to make this work?

Also, you don't really provide any guidance on how to capture the mail on the pop-ups. Any tutorials available?

    Best regards

    /MT

    Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch with us!
Could you please send me a wordpress admin temporary to your site? I would like to check your popup settings. Thank you, in advance.
Currently we don't have guide or tutorial video about the mail function because we are just giving you one way to present newsletters and contact forms to your users in a more stylish way, but it does not include the newsletter and contact form function from the server side. However, it is possible to add 3rd party plugins to the popups with shortcode.

    Thank you for your response, I've solved the email form from another user here who made a plugin here;

    https://www.leah-young.com/mailchimp-subscribe-with-layerslider-by-kreatura/

But having LayerSilder fully supported with Elementor is a big PLUS. Please consider that.

So I've got another question, is it possible to disable a popup if another popup is triggered?

Also is it possible to disable a popup according to if an another popup was successfully subscribed to?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback!

Could you describe in detail what did you mean by full support with Elementor?
Unfortunately, it is not possible currently because there is no connection between the popups so they can't affect each other. Thank you, in advance.

Having and controlling the connections between the popups would be like the best thing ever. Think about it. Having that would seriously make LS #1 of all.

Another thing I would like to control is to show a popup if a visitor leave a certain page(not coming to a certain page) like the checkout(and not exit). I know this is all possible through custom js, but for us people who do not code, build-in support for these thing is priceless.

When talking about eCommerce, product pages are not currently supported, please add that.

For elementor, would be great to see a elementor layer in the layers tab, maybe that can solve the next slider issue.

    Please see attached images.

Will you ever include product pages and or custom post type pages in the "target pages" settings?

I am trying to show a popup only on product pages but shows on all pages, for that I am trying to use the slug but ignores it completely and shows on all pages even tho. I have all pages turned off.

    Whats the correct slug format? /products/, /products , products/ ?

Something clearly not right, even if I just put a specific page id, it still shows on all pages.

Please see attached image for the below.

Ok, I managed to fix the issue.

the correct format is cart and not cart, (no comma after last item)

But I still have issue with showing the popup on product pages! Isn't LS compatible with woocommerce?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback!
Currently, it is not possible to select product pages in the target page settings of the popup, but you can insert popups as sliders to your product pages with shortcode or PHP function.
Please check this link in our documentation page about the publishing methods:

Thanks for the reply, I'll be targeting all pages - excluding all none product pages.

Hopefully the targeting feature will include custom post types and woocommerce post types in future.

Afterall this product have been on the market since 2012, I would expect such feature to be available.
