I have one urgent problem: I have a layer slider on my homepage that doesn’t show. I’ve tried to empty the cache. I'm using Enfold theme. This is the layerslider that I would like on home page (and on this page it is showing without any problem): https://www.step-lab.com/64414-2/
And this is homepage result: https://www.step-lab.com/
So you see a blank white space?!
And then on mobile devices there is also a huge whitespace even if I set “hide on mobile” under 500px on layerslider settings. On other pages the layerslider is functioning without any problem.
It is urgent.Regards,
Thank you for getting in touch with us!Did you fix the issue with the slider on your homepage? As I see now it is visible. If not, how can I reproduce the issue?

I've managed to resolve the issue with the missing layerslider on the home page. But there is another issue that I have on 4k screens on firefox. The layerslider is visible correctly on most devices that I've tested but on Dell 17inc screen that is 4k resolution and on Firefox browser all the letter formatting is off title + subtitle > please see the attached pictures.
Thank you.Kind Regards,Anita

Thank you for your feedback! We couldn't reproduce this issue on our devices. You should try to check it with incognito mode in Firefox, maybe a browser cache problem.
I've tried with incognito mode but the result remains the same --> see attached pictures. It is present only on Firefox and this is a device with 4k resolution and 17 inch screen.
The font is not aligned on each and every slider on the pages. Please let me know.

Hello Anita,Thank you for your feedback! We couldn't reproduce your issue in any device. Do you give width to the text layers? If you gave it, take it a little bigger, or delete the width value (don't write anything there) and don't set the width and line breaks for the texts by specifying the width, but use the <br> element in the right place in the text and break the lines with that. Please check it.
